Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions are for Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear, based in Voorschoten in The Netherlands and registered with de Kamer van Koophandel in Leiden, registration number 28113635.

If you order any products from Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear, you accept these terms and conditions.

General

These terms and conditions include sales, delivery and payment, and relate to all our products and services.

In case of any issues, Dutch law and Dutch terms and conditions will be used above this English translated version.

Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of goods supplied by Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear to the customer.  Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss, whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the product description. You statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

Prices

All prices are stated in Euros including VAT and excluding transport costs. International clients are responsible for any costs relating to money exchange transactions and bank charges.

We have taken every care to describe and show items as accurately as possible. Despite this, however, slight variations in goods and colors may occur.

Delivery costs

The total standard delivery costs are € 6,50 for delivery in the Netherlands, for any quantity or weight of products. Your products will be sent in an envelope or as a package, depending on size of order. For international delivery an additional charge will be made. Further details can be found under ‘international delivery’.

Payment

How to order and pay for international clients .
After your order has been processed you will receive within a couple of minutes an automatic confirmation in Dutch, which includes the postage costs for the Netherlands. However if you are not based in the Netherlands, please ignore this automatic confirmation, as you will receive within two working days an email in English that will include your invoice number, your total invoice amount including international postage costs, our bank details, and IBAN code which you will all need to pay directly into our bank account. After we have received your payment into our bank account we will forward you your order. Please note that we are only able to accept payment in Euro's and any additional international transfer costs have to be paid by you.

International payment method at present is by direct bank transfer only. International clients are responsible for all costs relating to money exchange transactions and bank charges. All orders will be delivered when payment has been received. International payments must be received by Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear within 10 working days, during which time we will reserve your ordered goods. Your order will be released for sale if payment has not been received.

Delivery

All products will be sent to TNT Post within 8 working days after receiving your payment. If for any reason this is not possible then we will contact you. On the day of posting you will receive confirmation by email. Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear is not responsible for delay, loss or damage by TNT Post.

All products on our website are in stock, unless stated.

Cancellation of agreement

Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear has the right not to deliver to you, or to cancel the agreement without judicial intervention. In this case we will inform you asap and return your payment.

Return orders

We do our upmost best to deliver high quality products. However, if you are for whatever reason not satisfied, then you can exchange or return the products within 7 days. We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage. When we receive returned products, Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear will refund you in full the amount you paid for them (less the postage) asap or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer. Returns are sent at your expense. We will pay the delivery costs for any exchanged products.

Verzorgingsproducten worden om hygiënische redenen niet retour genomen.

If you want to exchange or return products we request that you inform us of doing so by email in advance, stating the invoice number and reason for returning the product(s).

Products can not be returned or exchanged if:

• Clothing has been worn or washed
• You have tried to amend clothing
• The original packaging is not included
• You haven’t informed us about returning the products by email

Liability

Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear has taken great care developing this website. However,  is Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear not liable for any claims resulting from incorrect information on this site. Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear is not liable for any damage or loss, including material and immaterial, as a result of malfunctioning or incorrect usage of products sold by Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear. Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on the website or product instructions. Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear is not liable for any typing mistakes resulting in an incorrect sales price, which can be changed at any time.

Privacy

All personal data will only be used for the delivery of the ordered products and marketing of future events and products by Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear. Pien & Polle spe©ial kidswear will not share your information with any other company, except with TNT Post who will deliver your products, when only essential address details will be provided.
