Place the heated product or filling in the microwave for 1.5 minutes (assuming 800 Watts) and it will stay wonderfully warm. Did you sprain your foot or have a fever? Put the cuddly toy/heat product in the freezer for 3 hours (in a plastic bag) and it will cool you down nicely. They are ideal for children from 3 years old

. Make sure that the heat products are placed on a clean plate or plate.
