These cool shorts are made for people who wear a diaper in sizes 152 to 188. The back is higher and there is enough space at the back for a diaper. There is an elastic band and a cord at the waist and no button or zipper. There is a cool pocket on the side of the leg. On the back a real back pocket for the runners among us. The leg falls above the knee.
