A bank transfer must be credited to account number NL62RABO0129896489 in the name of Pien en Polle within 7 working days . (BIC: RABONL2U). During this period, the products are reserved for you and sent within 7 days after receipt of payment. If payment is not made, the products will be released again.

The contribution to the packaging and shipping costs per shipment, regardless of the weight and number of items. Depending on weight and/or volume, the articles are sent in an envelope, letterbox or as a package.
If the size or color of your item is not right, you can exchange this item within 14 days. Exchange takes place on the basis of shared postage costs. Ie you send the item to be exchanged back to Pien & Polle Spe©ial wear at your expense and we will send you a new item at our expense.
If, despite the fact that we do our very best to provide you with a good item, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your order or part of it within 14 days. Shipping costs for the return are for your account. After receipt of your return, we will make the amount excl. shipping costs to your bank or giro account as soon as possible. If you, as a customer, have received a wrong item due to us, the costs for return are for Pien & Polle Spe©ial wear and we will send you the correct item at no cost.
Care products and disposable swim diapers are never returned for hygienic reasons. Sale items cannot be returned. The items must of course be returned to us unworn, clean and without stains. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items with stains.
We ask that you always contact us by e-mail before returning or exchanging an item. In this you state the invoice number and the reason why the product does not meet your expectations.
The items will not be returned or exchanged if:
- The clothing has been worn or washed
- Your child’s or client’s name is written or sewn into the article
- You have tried to repair a defect yourself
- Any original packaging or label is missing
- You do not register your return by e-mail in advance
- The items are discounted
