Terms and Conditions

Below are the general sales, delivery and payment conditions of Pien & Polle Spe©ial Kidswear, established in Voorschoten and registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Leiden. under number: 28113635. If you order items from Pien & Polle Spe©ial Kidswear, you agree to the provisions of these general terms and conditions.

1. General

The sales, delivery and payment conditions below apply to all our deliveries and services. All rights and obligations arising from these terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. In case of disputes, the Dutch general terms and conditions prevail over the translated German or English version.

2. Prices

From July 1, 2021 , prices will be shown exclusive of VAT. Due to new legislation, we will calculate the VAT of the country to which the package must be sent from 1 July 2021. The VAT is calculated after entering your address details. VAT rates that are maintained are:

Belgium 21% VAT
Denmark (excluding Greenland and Faroe Islands) 25% VAT
Germany 19% VAT
France (excluding Andorra, incl. Monaco and Corsica) 20% VAT
Great Britain 0% VAT
Italy (excluding San Marino and Vatican City) 22% VAT
Luxembourg 17% VAT
Netherlands 21% VAT / 9% VAT
Austria 20% VAT
Switzerland 0% VAT

3. Shipping costs

THE NETHERLANDS: The contribution to the packaging and shipping costs in the Netherlands is € 6,50 per shipment, regardless of the weight and number of items. Depending on weight and/or volume, the articles are sent in an envelope, letterbox or as a package. OTHER EU COUNTRIES and Switzerland and Great Britain: The order will always be sent as a package, so that the package can be traced via Track & Trace. The packaging and shipping costs* to other countries within the EU are:

* The amounts are for a package up to 10 kg (Denmark 2-5 KG) and any customs documents to be drawn up. If your package is heavier, you may receive an invoice for the extra shipping costs incurred.

4. Payment

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. This states the items you have ordered and the total amount of all costs, including shipping costs. You can pay in the following ways: cash (pick up in Voorschoten), by transfer via bank or giro account, online via iDEAL (Dutch customers), Bancontact (Belgium), Klarna direkt (Germany, Austria) IBAN: NL 62 RABO 0129896489 in the name of Pien and Polle BIC CODE: RABONL2U All orders are delivered after full payment has been made. If you pay by transfer via bank or giro account, this payment must be credited to the bank number of Pien & Polle within 7 working days after the order date. Pien & Polle Spe©ial Kidswear reserves the items you ordered during these 7 working days. If Pien & Polle Spe©ial Kidswear has not received payment within this period, the articles will be put up for sale again.

5. Delivery

All items will be shipped to DHL or Post NL within 7 working days (Monday to Friday) after receipt of payment. If for any reason this is deviated from, you will be informed. As a rule, if the order has to be delivered in the Netherlands, you will receive the package within 3 days. Pien & Polle Spe©ial Kidswear is not liable for delay in delivery, loss or damage by DHL or Post NL. Most items are available from stock, otherwise the delivery time will be stated. Items that are currently sold out cannot be ordered.

6. Dissolution of agreement

Pien & Polle Spe©ial Kidswear has the right to suspend the execution of your order, or to dissolve the agreement, without judicial intervention. We will inform you of this in writing and refund the amount transferred by you.

7. Returns

If the size or color of your item is not right, you can exchange this item within 14 days. Exchange takes place on the basis of shared postage costs. Ie you send the item to be exchanged back to Pien & Polle Spe©ial Kidswear at your expense and we will send you a new item at our expense. If, despite the fact that we do our very best to provide you with a good item, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied, you may return your order or part of it within 14 days. Shipping costs for the return are for your account. After receipt of your return, we will make the amount excl. shipping costs to your bank or giro account as soon as possible. If you as a customer have received a wrong item due to us, the costs for return are for Pien & Polle Spe©ial Kidswear and we will send you the correct item at no cost. Care products are never returned for hygienic reasons. Sale items cannot be returned. The items must of course be returned to us unworn, clean and without stains. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items with stains. We ask that you always contact us by e-mail before returning or exchanging an item. In this you state the invoice number and the reason why the product does not meet your expectations. The items will not be returned or exchanged if:

The clothing has been worn or washed
You have tried to repair a defect yourself
Any original packaging is missing
You do not register your return by e-mail in advance
The items are discounted
Your child’s or client’s name is written or sewn into the article

8. Liability

This site has been compiled by Pien & Polle Spe©ial Kidswear with the greatest care. However, Pien & Polle Spe©ial Kidswear is not liable for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on the site. It is possible that there is a color difference between the various deliveries, especially with the jersey rompers, this has to do with the difference in dye bath. Pien & Polle Spe©ial Kidswear cannot be held liable for any damage, whether physical, material or immaterial, resulting from faulty functioning or incorrect use of the articles sold by Pien & Polle Spe©ial Kidswear. Pien & Polle Spe©ial Kidswear is not liable for unintentional typing and printing errors as a result of which an incorrect sales price is stated on the site. We are entitled to correct this error at any time.

9. Privacy

All personal data will only be used for processing the order and will never be made available to third parties. Excluded from this are Post NL and DHL, which we engage to deliver the order to you. 10. Complaints/questions

If you have any questions or complaints regarding the articles and/or delivery, please contact Pien & Polle Spe©ial Kidswear as soon as possible. We try to answer the question as quickly as possible and to resolve the complaint. Pien & Polle Spe©ial Kidswear strives for satisfied customers.
