After we have received the payment, you will receive the gift card via email. Afterwards, you can print the gift card and give it to the recipient, or send it to recipient via email. On the gift card there is a unique code that the recipient can put into their shopping basket to afterwards receive the value of the gift card as a discount. The gift card is not exchangeable for cash.
You can also see the gift cards you have purchased in your customer’s account under the tab “gift cards I have bought”. From here you can mail the gift card to someone else. Of course you can also print the email you have received with the code and gift it to someone.
The code can only be redeemed once. If the full amount is not used in one go the user will receive a new code for the remaining amount.
